I like to make this recipe when I have leftover potatoes from the day before. However, if you want to prepare it that way, you can of course cook the potatoes fresh.
Heat a little oil in the pan. Peel and chop onions, fry in a pan until translucent. Add the liver sausage, chop up a little in the pan and fry. Then there are the boiled potatoes, which are heated in the pan with the liver sausage. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
The whole thing is served with pickles or other sour vegetables.
