Ingredients

  • 750 g sauerkraut
  • 0.25 liter ¼ white wine, (dry)
  • 1 bag fried onions
  • 4 pieces liver sausage (250 g each)
  • 4 piece (s) black pudding (a 250 g)

Instructions

  1. Steam the sauerkraut with the fried onions and the wine for about 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the liver sausage in hot water for about 5 minutes. Cut the black pudding into slices, flour and fry.
  3. Serve everything hot, possibly with jacket potatoes.
