Ingredients
- 500 g veal liver sausae, soft
- 5 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 2 apples, peeled and grated
- 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- Seasoned Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 20 slices bread (country bread)

- Onions and apples in 2 tablespoons. Steam the butter until soft. Remove from the fire and let cool down.
- Mix in the veal liver sausage, onions / apples, remaining butter and chives. Season to taste with mustard, herb salt and cayenne. Lightly toast the country bread and brush with the liver sausage cream.
