Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and bring to a boil in a large saucepan covered with water. Then simmer over medium heat for about 25 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
  2. Peel and dice the onion. Wash and chop the chives or onions. Put some of it aside to decorate.
  3. Mix the quark with milk, linseed oil, onions and chives / onion leek, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Rinse the boiled potatoes and peel them with a kitchen knife. Arrange the potatoes with the quark on a plate. Pour some linseed oil and chopped leek over it. Add 1 to 2 slices of liver sausage about 1 cm thick.
