Ingredients
- 400 g quark, 40% or 20% or lean level
- 1 small Bunch spring onions
- a bit salt
- 6 tablespoon linseed oil

- Cut the spring onions into thin slices, mix with the quark and season with salt. Then add so much linseed oil that it takes on a nice yellow color, approx. 6-10 tablespoons, depending on your taste. It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator.
- Fresh bread goes well with it, but also jacket potatoes with herring and onions or hackers (herring salad).
- This recipe is almost puristic and that`s why I think it`s so delicious. You don`t always have to deal with herbs and spices or spice mixtures a lot.
