Instructions

  1. Cut the spring onions into thin slices, mix with the quark and season with salt. Then add so much linseed oil that it takes on a nice yellow color, approx. 6-10 tablespoons, depending on your taste. It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator.
  2. Fresh bread goes well with it, but also jacket potatoes with herring and onions or hackers (herring salad).
  3. This recipe is almost puristic and that`s why I think it`s so delicious. You don`t always have to deal with herbs and spices or spice mixtures a lot.
