Ingredients
- 500 g whole wheat flour
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 10 tablespoon milk
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 point baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 handful grains for sprinkling

- Mix all ingredients together except the grains. Preferably with the dough hook of the hand mixer.
- Scatter the grains, e.g. poppy seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds of each variety on a plate or in a flat key. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
- Now shape buns between the size of golf balls and tennis balls with your hands, this works better if you dip your hands in a bowl of warm water in between. Now roll the rolls as you like in the grains, calmly on both sides.
- Then place some space on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack of the oven for 30 minutes.
