Ingredients
- 300 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 200 g flour (wheat flour)
- 1 sachet yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 g flaxseed
- 50 g oatmeal
- Lukewarm water

- Soak the flaxseed in water. When the flaxseeds are slightly puffy and mushy, mix all of the ingredients together. Let rise for 15 minutes. Then put in a greased loaf pan and let rise for 45 minutes. Then bake at 230 degrees for 15 min and then 45 min-60 min at 200 degrees.
