Ingredients
- 200 g natural yohurt, milder (1.5% fat)
- 1 nectarine (s) (approx. 85 - 90 g)
- 2 apricot (s) (approx. 50 g)
- 1 peach (approx. 90 g)
- 1 medium banana (s) (approx. 0 g)
- 0.5 ½ small carrot (s) (approx. 20 g)
- 15 g flaxseed
- 0.25 ¼ apple (approx. 60 g)
- 1 teaspoon oil (linseed oil)
- 80 g muesli (multirain), unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon honey
- some cinnamon powder

- Cut half of the nectarine, peach, banana and apple into small pieces and set aside.
- Now cut the remaining fruits a little smaller and add to the yoghurt together with half the carrot, the linseed oil and the honey and puree with a hand blender.
- Then add the fruits that have been set aside. Stir in the multigrain muesli, flax seeds and a little cinnamon and serve.
- If you want, you can vary the muesli with different fruits (e.g. strawberries, cherries, blueberries, oranges, grapefruit) or use homemade yoghurt. You can also add a little ginger and mash it.
- If you don`t have linseed oil, you can also use olive oil and mix in various nuts and crispy oat flakes instead of the muesli.
