Ingredients
- 6 peach (s), ripe (approx. 1 kg)
- 3 apple
- 1 melon (s) (sugar melon)
- 3 tablespoon almond (s), diced
- 1 lemon (s), please juice
- 2 cups yogurt (cream, 10%)
- 4 tablespoon honey (liquid)
- 12 leaves lemon balm, fresh

- Wash the peaches and apples, pat dry. Halve the fruit, remove stones / cores, cut fruit into wedges or dice. Halve and core the melon, dice the pulp (or cut out balls) mix the fruit with the almonds and lemon juice; put in a cool place. Mix the yogurt with honey and chill.
- To serve, fill the fruit in small glass bowls, cover with yoghurt and decorate with lemon balm.
