- 4 banana (s) or other fruit
- 300 ml yogurt, low in fat
- 1 teaspoon sugar, as needed
- 100 ml water

- For the fruit pulp, peel and puree the bananas, clean and puree other fruits (peaches, pears, strawberries, other berries, etc.). Freeze single or mixed types, I have an ice cube mold that freezes the frozen food into sticks.
- To prepare, put one or two fruit pulp sticks in a glass or a plastic bottle for drinking yoghurt (500 ml), pour the yoghurt on top, fill up with water and sweeten as required.
- The fruit pulp thaws slowly, while the drink is cooled so that you can drink it well even after hours.
- The calories are calculated for 0.1% yogurt and approx. 1 banana.
