Ingredients
- 5 strawberries
- 0.5 ½ apple
- 0.5 ½ banana (s)
- 2 ice cubes
- Orange juice to fill up
- pineapple juice to fill up

- Put the fruits (washed, pitted and, if necessary, peel and greens) in a blender (cut into small pieces depending on the size of the blender jug) and mix thoroughly. Gradually add the ice cubes and mix in. They shouldn`t be completely dissolved, pieces can be left over. Top up the whole thing with as much pineapple juice and orange juice until the desired consistency is achieved.
- This is my husband and daughter`s favorite smoothie.
