Ingredients
- 1 piece (s) pomegranate
- 1 piece (s) pineapple, peeled and stalk removed
- 800 g yourt, skimmed milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon balm, chopped
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- sweetener
- Vanilla flavor

- Cut the pineapple into small cubes and mix with the seeds from the pomegranate.
- Mix the skimmed milk yoghurt with the honey and add a few drops of sweetener or stevia to taste. Refine the whole thing with the chopped lemon balm and the aroma.
- Prepare 2 dessert glasses and alternate layers of fruit and yoghurt mixture in them. Pour the walnuts on top.
