Wash the peaches and apples, pat dry. Halve the fruit, remove stones / cores, cut fruit into wedges or dice. Halve and core the melon, dice the pulp (or cut out balls) mix the fruit with the almonds and lemon juice; put in a cool place. Mix the yogurt with honey and chill.
To serve, fill the fruit in small glass bowls, cover with yoghurt and decorate with lemon balm.
