Cut half of the nectarine, peach, banana and apple into small pieces and set aside.
Now cut the remaining fruits a little smaller and add to the yoghurt together with half the carrot, the linseed oil and the honey and puree with a hand blender.
Then add the fruits that have been set aside. Stir in the multigrain muesli, flax seeds and a little cinnamon and serve.
If you want, you can vary the muesli with different fruits (e.g. strawberries, cherries, blueberries, oranges, grapefruit) or use homemade yoghurt. You can also add a little ginger and mash it.
If you don`t have linseed oil, you can also use olive oil and mix in various nuts and crispy oat flakes instead of the muesli.
