- 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 4 pear (s)
- 12 tablespoon cereal flakes
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 600 ml milk

- Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat. Wash, dry, core and dice the pears.
- Divide the cereal flakes into 4 bowls, place the pear pieces on top and drizzle everything with the honey. Pour the milk over it and serve sprinkled with the sunflower seeds.
