Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 2 teaspoons linseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, cold pressed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoon chives rolls
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Drops lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • some chili powder
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the oils and press the garlic and stir to a homogeneous mass. Chop or cut the herbs and finely dice the shallot.
  2. Add the quark, milk and sugar to the oil and stir. Adjust the consistency as desired by adding more milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili powder and a little lemon juice. Stir in the herbs and shallots.
  3. Tip: Tastes best after a day in the refrigerator.
  4. Goes well with potato pancakes, fresh bread, jacket potatoes or tomatoes.
