  • 2 cloves garlic)

  • 8 sprigs thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ black peppercorns
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ berries, pink
  • 1 bottle rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the cloves of garlic and place in a clean, dry bottle with the herbs, peppercorns and berries. Top up with the rapeseed oil until all ingredients are covered.
  2. Close the bottles tightly and store in a cool and dark place for 14 days, filter off after 2 weeks.
  3. The oil is used for grilled meat, lamb, but also for braising zucchini and tomatoes.
