Ingredients
- 150 g potato (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 100 g quark
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon capers
- salt and pepper
- some lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

- Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes.
- In the meantime, clean and finely dice the bell pepper. Mix with quark, paprika, oil and capers. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Wash the lettuce, arrange the quark on top. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Peel the potatoes and serve with them.
