- 200 g camembert (s)
- Creme fraiche Cheese
- chives

- Place the cooked and peeled half jacket potatoes side by side in a baking dish. Cut the camembert into slices and place on top of the jacket potatoes. Mix the crème fraîche with the finely chopped chives, season with salt and pepper and spread on the camembert.
