Ingredients

  • 250 g potato (s)
  • 250 g quark, lean
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some Milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes with their skins on, peel them.
  2. Chop the onions, garlic, parsley and chives into small pieces. Now put everything in a bowl, add the quark and some milk (until it is no longer so firm) and season to taste. Stir well, serve with the hot potatoes.
  3. The herb quark can also be served very well with raw vegetables as a dip.
