- 1 point bacon
- 1 vegetable onion (s)
- 400 g sour cream
- 2 egg (s)
- Parmesan
- Cheese (Gouda), grated
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Boil potatoes as jacket potatoes. Then quarter with the shell and fill in a baking dish. Chop the bacon and fry in a pan. Spread over the potatoes.
