- 500 g quark, 20%
- 500 g quark, 40%
- Milk, or cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch chives and / or spring onions
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 bunch parsley
- some oil

- Put the two types of quark in a bowl and mix together, stir with enough milk and / or cream until the desired consistency is achieved. The quark should be nice and smooth. Then add a lot of salt and pepper. Cut the herbs very finely and stir in. Stir with a little oil so that the quark shines.
- Info:
- You can use sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, olive oil or linseed oil. We mostly use sunflower oil because we give linseed oil separately from the quark and jacket potatoes.
- I use spring onions, which are as fine as chives. If you can`t get it, you can use chives and the white part of the spring onions.
