Instructions

  1. Put the two types of quark in a bowl and mix together, stir with enough milk and / or cream until the desired consistency is achieved. The quark should be nice and smooth. Then add a lot of salt and pepper. Cut the herbs very finely and stir in. Stir with a little oil so that the quark shines.
  2. Info:
  3. You can use sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, olive oil or linseed oil. We mostly use sunflower oil because we give linseed oil separately from the quark and jacket potatoes.
  4. I use spring onions, which are as fine as chives. If you can`t get it, you can use chives and the white part of the spring onions.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
