- 500 g low-fat quark
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 3 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 dash milk
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some parsley, fresh

- Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes. Mix the quark with the milk, mayonnaise and mustard until smooth. Then dice the pickled cucumbers very small and mix in.
- Chop the parsley and add it as well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Serve with the potatoes.
