- 1 cup cream, 200ml
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 cup oil, (sunflower oil)
- 1 cup juice, (apple or orange)
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 150 g almond (s), sliced or almond sticks

- Mix the sugar and eggs until foamy, slowly stir in the cream and oil, as well as the juice.
- Mix in the flour and baking powder and stir into a smooth batter.
- Place on a prepared baking sheet. Scatter the flaked almonds on top and place a few flakes of butter on top.
- Bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes (make a stick test!)
