Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, (frozen)
  • 1 pck. Oetker Paradise Cream Vanilla
  • 2 cups cream
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 50 ml water
  • sugar
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

  1. Bring the sugar and water to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes (sugar syrup).
  2. Cut out the puff pastry as you like, if you have to go very quickly, just divide it by 2, or the classic oval variant, which is where they are really nicest.
  3. Brush with the sugar syrup and sprinkle thickly with sugar.
  4. Bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes (please note that every oven bakes differently). The particles should have a light tan on top.
  5. Let cool on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix the paradise cream with the cream and thinly coat the puff pastry particles on the smooth side (i.e. below) with the cream.
  7. Brush with the chocolate icing. It works best if you dip the particles upside down in the glaze.
