Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg potato (s), waxy
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 400 g herb quark
- some Milk
- parsley
- chives
- salt and pepper
- Oil, (linseed oil)

- Cook the potatoes in their skins for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, dice the onions and place in a bowl. Add Magerq and herb quark to the bowl and stir with a little milk until creamy. If you like, stir chopped parsley and / or chives into the quark. Season the herb quark with salt and pepper.
- When the potatoes are cooked, peel them and arrange on plates with the herb quark. Finally, drizzle some linseed oil over the quark.
