Ingredients
- 12 small potatoes
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon herbs, mixed, dried
- some olive oil

- Boil the potatoes with their skin on and let cool down a little.
- Mix the flour with the garlic granules and herbs. Peel the potatoes and roll them in the flour mixture until they are nicely floured. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes all around until crispy brown.
- A herb quark or a colorful salad is served with it.
