Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes with their skin on and let cool down a little.
  2. Mix the flour with the garlic granules and herbs. Peel the potatoes and roll them in the flour mixture until they are nicely floured. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes all around until crispy brown.
  3. A herb quark or a colorful salad is served with it.
