Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillet (s) (e.. pollack)
  • 75 g herbs, various (e.. 8-herb mix)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Place the fish fillet in a dish that has been brushed with fat and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Mix together with the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Spread this herb mixture on the fish.
  2. Cook in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes at 180C °. Serve immediately.
