Ingredients

  • 8 piece (s) chicken breast fillet (s), á approx. 125g
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 75 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n), grated zest (untreated)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. For the crust, grate the cheese finely in a bowl. Add the sunflower seeds, double cream cheese and lemon zest. Mix everything together. Wash herbs, pat dry. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stalks, chop finely. Cut the chives into rolls. Mix the herbs into the cheese mixture. Season to taste.
  2. Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry. Flatten a little, season. Fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Place in an ovenproof dish. Spread the prepared cheese and herb mixture on the chicken breast fillets. Press something down. Baked until golden brown under the preheated grill.
