Ingredients

  • 4 redfish fillet (s) (or cod or saithe)
  • 150 g bacon, mixed
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tomato (s), peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 handful tarragon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 handful chervil
  • 1 handful cress
  • 1 handful chervil
  • 1 handful chives
  • 1 handful parsley

Instructions

  1. Leave the diced bacon in a pan, add the onions and let it become translucent.
  2. Pour half of this mixture into a baking dish. Spread the tomatoes on top and place the fish on top. Mix the chopped herbs with the sour cream and pour over the fish - it should be completely covered. Top up with the rest of the bacon and onions and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.
