Ingredients

  • 3 fish fillet (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice
  • 100 g herbal cream cheese
  • 100 ml Cremefine for cooking
  • 2 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 teaspoon stock, grained
  • 1 dash fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 pinches fish seasoning
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the fish fillets thaw, then cut into strips. Squeeze the garlic and fry in a pan with the butter. Add the fish and fry lightly. Take the fish out of the pan and set aside.
  2. Deglaze the roast set with lime juice and add the remaining ingredients, stir until smooth and only bring to the boil briefly. Add the fish again and season with salt and pepper. Boiled potatoes, rice or baguettes go well with it.
