Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Fry in hot oil. Add the spices and let roast briefly. Then pour in the coconut milk and bring everything to a boil. Cut the fish fillet into bite-sized pieces. Add the fish and raisins to the sauce and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes over a low heat. Season to taste (salt, lemon juice, coriander).
  2. Basmati rice goes very well with it.
  3. You can of course leave out the raisins. Variant would be e.g., grated roasted almonds.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
