Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon margarine

  • 200 g herbal cream cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup herbs, mixed, frozen

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon juice and let them steep.
  2. Briefly sauté the garlic and onion in margarine and then cover the bottom of a baking dish nicely.
  3. Season the fish fillet well with salt and pepper and place on top.
  4. Mix the cream cheese with the cream and herbs to a smooth sauce and pour over the fish fillets. Put the dish in the preheated oven at 200 ° and bake for approx. 35 minutes.
  5. Boiled potatoes go well with it.
