Instructions

Finely chop the garlic cloves and place in an ovenproof dish with the other ingredients and the olive oil and mix well.
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices and also place in the ovenproof dish. Mix everything together well so that all the potato slices are covered with the mixture.
Preheat the oven to approx. 190 degrees, then fry the potatoes for approx. 60 minutes until they are brown.
