Garlic Sauce with Herbs

Try a wonderful sauce made with mayonnaise, garlic, herbs, and other simple ingredients. The sauce is served with fish dishes or as an addition to any side dish. Spicy and delicious!
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise – To taste
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Sunflower oil – 150 Milliliters
- Mustard – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Greens – 15 Grams
- Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
- Salt – 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Lemon juice – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Directions
- Everything is very simple.
- Put mayonnaise into the blender bowl, drive in an egg and pour in oil.
- Add mustard, washed herbs, garlic cloves, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Stir the sauce until smooth.
- Serve the sauce to the table, decorate it with a sprig of parsley or other herbs.
