Ingredients
- 300 g cream cheese
- 5 clove (s) garlic
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch dill
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper

- Chop the parsley, chives and dill very finely and set aside.
- Put the garlic through a press and mix well with the cream cheese, tomato paste, olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with the salt, pepper and paprika and mix in the herbs.
- The spread should sit through for about 1 hour.
- Tastes delicious on bread and grilled.
