- 1 cup crème fraîche (00 g)
- 2 cloves garlic or herbs

- Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraiche - it should result in a creamy consistency. Then add the garlic cloves and season with salt. Instead of garlic you can also use chives or other herbs.
