Instructions

1. Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraiche - it should result in a creamy consistency. Then add the garlic cloves and season with salt. Instead of garlic you can also use chives or other herbs.
2. Also tastes great as a dip with potatoes or grilled food - add a little more creme fraiche if necessary.
