- little oil (garlic oil)
- a bit salt

- Preheat the oven to 240 ° C (convection). Peel the potatoes and cut into 5 - 10 mm thick slices. The slices should be as evenly thick as possible, otherwise the thin ones will burn and the thick ones will not yet be done.
- Mix the potato slices with the oil and salt in a bowl. Place everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper so that the slices do not touch. Put in the oven and cook for 20 minutes, until the slices are nicely browned.
- Serve hot with dip or fried vegetables or meat. This is a low-calorie variant of french fries that is also very filling.
