  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon paprika powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons spices, Italian

Instructions

  1. Cut or slice the well washed potatoes into approx. 5 mm thick slices.
  2. Mix the oil with paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian spice mixture. Spread the potatoes on a parchment paper with the oil mixture.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 25 minutes on the middle shelf until golden brown.
