- 8 medium potato (s), with the thinnest possible skin
- 1 bulb garlic, preferably the very young ones
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon parmesan, grated

- Wash the potatoes (amount depends a little on hunger) and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Pour into a large plastic bag, add the oil, close the bag and shake well.
- Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cut the garlic bulb crosswise into slices and distribute between the potato slices. Salt and pepper.
- Place in the oven preheated to 200 ° and bake for 25 minutes. Then take it out and sprinkle with the grated parmesan. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until crispy.
- Delicious with grilled food or with a salad as a vegetarian meal.
