- 4 large chicken legs
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 8 large potatoes, waxy
- 8 small tomato (s)
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 large onions
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- 500 ml white wine, dry
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- Paprika powder, hot
- Thyme, dried

- You need a deep baking sheet or a large, deep baking dish.
- First you chop the parsley and the garlic, put both in the mold and add the wine. Then layer the peeled, halved potatoes, halved peppers, tomatoes, halved mushrooms and quartered onions. Now season the vegetables with pepper, salt and the dried thyme. On top of it you put the chicken legs, well seasoned with pepper, salt, curry, paprika powder and thyme and finally spread the sliced lemon on top. Bake at 200 degrees, convection 180 ° for about 1 hour.
