  • 1 ½ kg potato (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 700 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aed
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 200 g sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, cut the paprika into strips, dice approx. 500g of the gouda, peel the beefsteak tomatoes and cut into thin slices, grate 100-200g of the gouda.
  2. Layer the ingredients as follows:
  3. - half of the potato slices
  4. - the peppers cut into strips
  5. - half of the cheese cubes
  6. - the sliced tomato
  7. - the rest of the cheese cubes
  8. - the rest of the potato slices
  9. - Pour the sweet cream into the mold on the edge
  10. - grated Gouda as the last layer
  11. - possibly flakes of butter as a conclusion
  12. Baking time: Bake the closed casserole dish in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for at least 1 hour. Then remove the lid and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
