Ingredients
- 600 g potato (s), cut into small cubes
- 800 g carrot (s), sliced
- 1 medium onion (s), diced
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth, chopped
- 250 g ham, smoked, cut into small cubes
- salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g cheese, youn Gouda cheese, coarsely rated
- some fat, for greasing out

- Mix the potato cubes, carrot slices, onion cubes, parsley and ham cubes together, place in a greased casserole dish, season with salt (carefully or not at all, as ham can be too salty) and pepper, pour over cream and put in the preheated oven at 175 degrees on the middle rack Bake for about 45 minutes. Now sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for another 30 minutes.
