- 125 g rice
- Salt water
- 3 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 2 small carrots, cut into thin strips
- 10 g butter
- 2 tablespoon sugar

- Cook the rice in salted water, drain and keep warm. Roast the desiccated coconut in a pan without fat.
- Fry the carrot sticks in the butter, add the sugar and caramelize a little. Cook the carrots until crisp while stirring (approx. 5 minutes). Mix the rice with desiccated coconut and carrot sticks.
