Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water, drain and keep warm. Roast the desiccated coconut in a pan without fat.
  2. Fry the carrot sticks in the butter, add the sugar and caramelize a little. Cook the carrots until crisp while stirring (approx. 5 minutes). Mix the rice with desiccated coconut and carrot sticks.
