  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled

  • some lettuce
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash rice and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes, drain, rinse well and drain.
  2. Mix the tomato ketchup with mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper and vinegar and use it to dress the rice. Arrange on the washed, dried lettuce leaves. Halve the eggs and decorate with capers and place on the rice salad.
