Ingredients
- 1 lemon (s)
- 250 ml tomato (s), sieved
- 2 cloves garlic
- some Sambal Oelek
- some oil
- Salt and pepper
- 4 chicken legs
- 500 g potato (s)
- 2 zucchini
- 300 g shallot (s)
- 1 bunch thyme, chopped
- 3 sprigs rosemary, chopped

- Mix the ingredients for the marinade into a sauce and season to taste.
- Wash the chicken legs, pat dry and spread on a baking sheet.
- Peel potatoes. Wash the zucchini and cut into large cubes. Peel the shallots and spread them with the potatoes and the zucchini cubes between the chicken legs on the tray.
- Brush with the marinade. Spread the thyme and rosemary on top.
- Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 1 hour.
- As an alternative to zucchini, fresh mushrooms also taste good.
